After purchasing the 4 Week Trial Program, a staff member will be in contact with you to set up your first class. You have 12 months to use your purchased trial*…although we hope to see you MUCH sooner than that!

Our office hours are:

Monday-Wednesday from 3:00pm to 7:30pm

Thursday from 4:00pm to 7:30pm

Saturday from 8:30am to 11:00am

* Trial Program purchase will expire 12 months from date of purchase.
** One trial per person per 12 month period.

Our boys have been going here for almost 3 years. Master Theros and Mrs. Theros have a genuine interest in their training as well as the instructors. They are top notch. Our boys have gained self confidence, discipline and self defense lessons they would not have had otherwise. We look forward to watching them grow on their journey to earning their black belt.
